EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Kilmister Soap, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of our handmade soaps and products. However, we understand that there may be situations where it is necessary to issue a refund, exchange or return. On this page, you will find detailed information about our policy.

Return policy

If you received a product and were not satisfied, it did not fit or you regret the purchase, you can request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. To do so, the order must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all items and accessories received. To request an exchange, simply send an email to saboariakilmister@outlook.com, informing your order number and attaching images of the product that demonstrate that it has not been used.

Term and Conditions: If you regret your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. To make the return, the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Procedure: To request a return due to regret, contact us via email saboariakilmister@outlook.com with your full name and order number. We will inform you of the specific procedure to be followed, including instructions for sending the product back to us.

Refund: After we receive the returned product and verify that it complies with the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return due to defect

If the product has any defect, please contact us within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt. We will request information and images that prove the defect.

Resolution Options: After evaluating the defect, we will offer the following options:

  • Replacement of the product with a new one;

  • Full refund of the amount paid for the product, including shipping, if applicable.

Procedure: To request a return due to a defect, please contact us via email at saboariakilmister@outlook.com with your name, order number and images of the damaged product. We will inform you of the specific procedure to follow and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

In accordance with Consumer Law, the shipping cost for returning products due to regret or defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
